You save twice with Prepaid Hours. Firstly, you save by receiving a discount of 5 to 20% discount when you purchase a block of hours. You can also save if you have a number of small changes. Normally a small change to a web site is charged at the standard hourly rate. However with Prepaid Hours are used in blocks of 15 minutes.

Also, purchasing Prepaid Hours protects you from price increases. Any hours you have purchased will not be effected by a price increase.

Prepaid Hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused hours will lapse at the end of the 12-month period. We will email 30 days prior to the expiry date if you have any remaining unused hours.

Keeping Track of Your Hours

You can keep track of the remaining Prepaid Hours you have and view what work was completed with the used hours. You can even purchase another block of hours. These details are available online, 24 hours a day, via the Customer Login on this web site.
